Slash 4X4 Ultimate is the pinnacle of short course truck performance. Able to run virtually anywhere, from the local track to your backyard, no detail has been overlooked. Slash 4X4 Ultimate is incredibly versatile and lacking in nothing. Traxxas Stability Management (TSM) allows you to experience all the extreme power, speed, and acceleration that was engineered into the Slash 4X4 Ultimate by making it much easier to control on common slippery surfaces such as loose dirt, smooth concrete, and even ice and snow. The Low-CG chassis combined with the large capacity GTR shocks provide a smooth, even ride that’s stable and predictable. The Velineon brushless system supplies all the dirt chewing, pavement scorching power to win a race or impress your friends. Factory-installed Telemetry sensors let you keep an eye on vitals and record performance data. Paired with the Traxxas Link Wireless Module and Traxxas Link App, you can make real-time adjustments on-the-fly. Slash 4X4 Ultimate comes 100% fully-assembled and truly is Ready-to-Race.

Traxxas Stability Management

The addition of Traxxas Stability Management lets your Slash 4X4 Ultimate unleash all the power that is engineered into your off-road warrior. Arrow-straight acceleration and braking are now at your fingertips, by simply adjusting the Multi-Function Knob on your transmitter. Hit the throttle, brake true, and charge hard into the corners.

TSM helps provide straight ahead full-throttle acceleration on slippery surfaces, without fishtailing, spinouts, and loss of control. High speed cornering and control is also made possible as TSM makes corrections in the background for you, without intruding on your fun, or creating unexpected side effects.

Everything is waterproof and Traxxas-tough as you’d expect. This is short course performance on a whole new level!

High-Capacity GTR Shocks

Performance-proven in extreme terrain by the Revo and Summit models, Traxxas GTR shocks represent the peak of suspension technology and now set the standard for short-course damping and control. Shock length has been customized for Slash 4X4 Ultimate to deliver track-ready suspension travel, and the hard-anodized shock bodies have 13mm bores to hold 76% more oil than the standard Slash 4X4's Ultra Shocks. The GTR shocks feature PTFE-coated bores for nearly frictionless piston travel, and their slick titanium-nitride coated shafts resist scuffing, increase durability, and eliminate "stiction." The shocks are sealed by unique X-rings to keep oil in and dirt out for smooth, consistent damping and plush suspension action, lap after lap. Between runs, spring preload and ride height changes are as simple as turning the threaded spring collars--no clips or spacers required.

Low-CG Chassis

Slash 4X4 Ultimate's performance refinements begin with a Low-CG (low center of gravity) chassis that's unlike anything you've seen before. The battery and electronics are held as deep in the chassis as possible to position weight low in the chassis. Arrow-straight, hard-charging acceleration with Extreme Brushless Power and 4WD requires a chassis that won't flex under load. To offer the necessary rigidity, the chassis is reinforced by integrated ribs that form a triangulated structure optimized for the loads imparted by the suspension and powertrain. Underneath, the chassis is ultra-smooth to reduce drag and prevent snags whether you're blasting through whoops on the track or blazing trails in your backyard. The low-CG design dramatically increases corner speed and stability no matter where you drive. On the racecourse, Slash 4X4 Ultimate's low center of gravity allows high-output Velineon brushless power to be channeled into the track with superior traction, resulting in harder launches and faster lap times.
