All orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment. We will notify you if there are circumstances which require a change in this policy. Payment must be received prior to any items being shipped. We offer several shipping options upon checkout. It is up to you to select the best one for your needs. Returns are allowed if we are notified within 15 business days of the package ship date. All items must be in their original shipped condition. We will NOT refund any shipping costs. The only exception to this is if the item sent has been misrepresented by us. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the item(s) in question and a review of their condition.All returns will require a Return Authorization. This RA will need to be placed on the package so that it can be easily identified. Contact us for more information if desired. |
